Step 6: Online Setup

Navigate to the http://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/install.php and enter in your website title and your email.

Click on the »Install Wordpress« button.

Write down the username and password and click »Log In«.

Write in username and password and click »Log In«.

Immediately after you login you will see a warning to change your password. Click it.

Write in your new password that will be easier to remember than default one. Click »Update Profile«.

In the left menu click on the »Themes« link.

Click on the theme that you have previously downloaded and click »Activate "theme"« in the right top corner.

Now click on the »Visit site« link on the top of administration. You new website will show up.

Congratulations! That is all! :)

To write new content just log into your administration at
http://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/ and write some content under »Posts« link in menu.
