Step 5: Publish Website

Now it’s time to put all the files to your web server.

Open »FreeCommander« so that you have your wordpress directory on the left. Now click inside right pane and click on the small world icon with FTP text on it.

You should see this:

Click on the »New FTP connection« and write in the data that you got from HostMonster.

Just like on this screenshot just replace »yourdomain.com« with your own domain and write also your FTP username and password.

In the »Remote path« field you must write »public_html« and in the »Port field« write number »21«.

Click »OK« to close this window.

You will see your domain as it was folder. Double click on it.

This will establish connection with your web server.

Now click in the left pane and then »Edit->Select« all.

Click »File-> Copy« and put a check in the »Always overwrite without prompt«. Click »OK« button.

Files will start to copy on your web server. This can last up to one hour on slow internet connection.

After file copy is complete click again on the FTP icon to close connection.
